Returns & Exchanges
Due to the size, weight, and industrial nature of our products, Tenaxis Welding Tables only accepts returns for items that are:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective
- Incorrectly supplied
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or custom-configured products.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at sales@tenaxistables.com
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue
We will assess the issue promptly and advise next steps.
Failure to report transit damage within 48 hours may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
Approved Returns
If your return is approved:
- We will provide return instructions
- Return shipping will be arranged and covered by Tenaxis
- Items must remain unused and in original condition
- All original packaging must be retained until the claim is resolved
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you of the outcome
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Custom-configured tables
- Special order items
- Used or modified products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
